The customer's statutory rights to cancel and receive a refund where legally prescribed delay conditions are met remain unaffected, unless the delay results from force majeure, in accordance with the applicable laws and regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

💰 Shipping Charges

Free international shipping from Italy to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Customs duties, import taxes, clearance fees, or other charges may become payable upon importation, depending on applicable regulations and the carrier's procedures. Such charges are the responsibility of the recipient and may be required to be paid before delivery.

📦 Shipment Tracking

Once the order has been shipped, the customer will be provided with a tracking number, when available, via email or the registered contact method so that the shipment status can be monitored.

Orders are shipped from Italy to the delivery address provided in the order within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia under DAP (Delivered at Place) terms. Customs duties, import taxes, clearance fees, or processing charges may become payable upon importation in accordance with applicable regulations and the procedures of the relevant authorities and shipping carrier.

The recipient is responsible for any such charges where applicable, and payment may be required before delivery. Delivery times may also be affected by customs clearance procedures.

The customer is responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information, including their name, mobile number, National Address, or correct delivery address.

Delivery delays may occur due to circumstances beyond the store's control, including peak seasons and holidays, weather conditions, carrier capacity constraints, customs procedures, exceptional circumstances, or government decisions that may affect transportation or import operations.

📭 Failed or Uncollected Delivery

If delivery cannot be completed because the customer is unavailable, fails to respond to the shipping carrier, provides incorrect or incomplete shipping information, or does not pay applicable customs duties, import taxes, clearance fees, or processing charges when requested, the shipment may be returned to its origin in accordance with the carrier's procedures.

In such cases, the customer may be responsible for the actual costs directly resulting from the failed delivery or return of the shipment to its origin, as well as any additional costs of reshipping the order if requested, where the failed delivery is attributable to the customer, without prejudice to the customer's statutory rights.
