✨ Exchange and Return Policy – Elegance Store

At Elegance 🤍, we understand that choosing the perfect bag requires precision, and your satisfaction is our goal. This policy aims to clarify exchange and return procedures to ensure a refined and fair shopping experience, in accordance with e-commerce regulations in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.


⏱ Time Frame

  • Returns: The customer has the right to request a return within 7 days from the date of receiving the order.
  • Exchanges: The customer has the right to request an exchange within 14 days from the date of receiving the order.

⛔ No requests can be accepted after this period has expired.


✅ Conditions for Accepting Orders (Bags Only)

  • The bag must be in its original condition, unused, with no tags or labels removed.
  • The bag must come with all its accessories such as the additional strap, accompanying parts, and dust bags.
  • The bag must show no signs of use, scratches on the leather or metal parts, or any odors.

⚠️ Any slight deviation from the original condition may lead to the rejection of the return or exchange request.


🚫 Excluded Cases

  • Damage resulting from misuse such as overloading, exposure to water, or chemicals.
  • Orders submitted after the specified period has expired.
  • Products that have been modified or customized at the customer's request.

📦 Damaged or Incorrect Products

In case of receiving a product with a manufacturing defect or different from the order:

In this case, Elegance store will bear all shipping and return or exchange costs.


🚚 Shipping Fees (in case of change of mind)

  • The customer bears the shipping costs of the returned product.
  • In case of exchange, the customer bears the shipping fees for the new product.
  • Original shipping fees will be deducted from the refund amount, even in the case of free shipping (if applicable).

💳 Refund Mechanism

  • The product undergoes a thorough inspection upon receipt, and the store reserves the right to reject the request if the stated conditions are not met.
  • If approved, the amount will be refunded via the original payment method (Mada, Visa, Apple Pay).
  • The refund process takes 7 to 14 business days depending on the card-issuing bank.
